close off-site villa

Due to budget constraints this trip we will be staying off-site in a house. We will need a six bedroom home and would like to be as close as possible to Disney. Could anyone tell what "neighborhoods" are the closest? Is Windsor Palms a good location and what are some others?

Windsor Palms is a good location but I found it rather pricey. Each time we rented a villa we rented in an area called Lake Berkley. Beautiful homes most are on the lake and very reasonably priced. If you are interested in website I go to send me a PM.
