pulling phone reservations up online?

Are you able to pull up your reservsation made by phone up online? I just tried and it gave me a message about not being able to locate them, now I'm worried!!!!

I made my reservations by phone about a month ago and by the next day, I had no trouble pulling them up online.

Where it says confirmation #, make sure you are putting in the ADR reservation, not your hotel reservation #. Also use what ever phone number you gave them on the phone.

If you gave them a different phone number to reach you at, try that one. Sometimes they ask for a number you can bereached at while at the parks, that is the number your ressies are associated with, not the initial number they ask you for. Eventhough they explicitly ask for your home number.

Hmm, that would be a little worrisome. I made some of my ADRs online and some on the phone. I can pull them all up online now.

You can pull up phone reservations online. I did have problems one day, but realized that it is very sensitive. You could check to see if you perhaps used a different phone number. I used 2 different ones for some reason. Also, the system is slow at times and then tends to give errors. Keep trying.

I called to confirm my adrs (made by phone) and they were all there, yet I still cannot see them online. They said they were still working out the kinks, so I wouldn't panic.
