pillows at Grand Floridian

We are staying at the Grand Floridian in Nov/Dec. I was wondering if the pillows are fethered or latex or cotton? I am highly allergic to the fethers and cant even be in the room with them.

They are a polyester "gel fiber" that feels like down, but isn't. I love these pillows!
