Yesterday we went to the T-Rex and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere very much. My husband had a meeting with clients in Lake Buena Vista. So my son and I went to DTD Market Place and then went to T-Rex. It was our first time there. We had the Grilled Salmon with rice and roasted vegies and their Jurassic salad. All was very good. We were seated beside the aquarium which was an ideal spot. Nemo and many of his friends kept us company. I guess we should not have had the salmon! If you get the chance to check it out, do so. It was very crowded. However, we decided to go because our party size was only two. I said to my son that we would not have a long wait because we were only a party of two. Well, I was right. We were called in 10 minutes. So the smaller party of two definitely is an advantage. Rainforest Cafe had no one waiting at all. People were interested in checking out the new T-Rex.

Nice review, thanks! We wanted to try this in December. We are a party of 4 so I will make sure to make ADR'S.

We tried it in April and all enjoyed it. The food is good and the atmosphere is amazing. It does get busy but we called the restaurant directly for ADRs and were seated immediately. My son bought a geode from the gift shop and cracked it there- has crystals inside and is a very unique souvenier!

We have the original T-Rex restaurant here in Kansas City. It is a fun place although we find the food to be just so-so and quite pricey. I have to say I am glad this is one thing that I do not need to make time for in WDW! :secret:

We were there in March, the food was decent and the atmosphere was very fun!!!

We're looking forward to trying T-Rex when we head to the World in November. Sounds like a lot of fun.

This is on our list for Oct. Have 2 boys that are really into dinosaurs--I hope they have a GREAT time!
