Ohana's honeylime salad

Hi,

I am having a luau this weekend and I want to make the honey lime dressing and salad from Ohana's. I have the dressing recipe but I can not remember what the salad consists of. Is it just mixed greens or is there something else? Please help it's driving me crazy. Thanks in advance.

When I've made it I usually use fresh spinach or romaine and then a hearty red leaf lettiuce.

I just remember mixed greens. There may have been carrots but I don't remember and if there was I would have picked them out.

I just remembered there is a picture of it here on intercot. It looks to be just red and green leafy lettuce.

It's the colorful leafy lettuce. I add carrots though when I make the salad and dressing myself. I also make the wings with the salad dressing. We like to recreate Ohana at home as often as possible!!! That salad dressing recipe is also always a huge hit at parties for me as well. Everyone is always asking me for the recipe.
