I had read somewhere that Southwest was going to open their travel window today (June 23) for flights through January 15, 2010. But I was on their site this morning and it still only lets you go through October. Can anyone provide insight or confirm when they are going to open flights for December?

I know in the past it was around 10:00 a.m. CST when SW has opened up a new booking window online, so be sure to check their web site later today! It still says on their site under "Travel Tools" that they're planning on opening up the flights through January on June 23, so it should still be today. I'm also waiting for them to open the new window so I can book flights for December! :thumbsup:

I just checked this morning and they are now accepting reservations through January 8th, 2010. I'd check back - good luck getting a good price for a flight!!! :thumbsup:

I just check and it wouldn't let me do anything either. I will be checking back because I need to get my stuff planned!

I was just on there and travel is open thru Jan 8th. The fares are reasonable as well. $109 (one way) for a direct flight.

DING just notified me that they were active through Jan 8th. This was at 10:16AM est.

WHOOO HOOOO!

Ding notified me too and the schedule is now open!

I got 5 tickets from PIT to MCO for $180 each! ($79 each way). Considering that is NON-STOP, has the fewest fees of all airlines, and our return date is Christmas Eve, I am EXTREMELY pleased!

Yep, they have now opened up the schedule! Just booked my December flights for $89 each way...not bad! Woohoo! Only 163 days to go! :party:

Just booked Southwest 4 people, roudtrip December 5th and 12th for a grand total of $119.20 per person (icludes taxes).

I'm going to Disney baby!!!!

No good fares yet out of Boston, Hartford or Providence for 11/29 - 12/5

Bummer!!

I'm excited for the rest of you though!! :thumbsup:
