We are going to WDW the 1st week in Oct. How hard is it to get into Finding Nemo without doing the Tusker House package?

It's not hard to get in to the Finding Nemo show at all. The only advantage to the package is not having to wait as long in line.

We were like the fifth family in line 20 minutes before it started the first show of the day and got great seats.
We used that 15 minutes of waiting to give the kids a snack in the stroller before entering.
It went by fast and we waited mostly in the shade.

The earlier shows are easy to see. But late in the day, be prepared to be in line 45 minutes early to get a seat.

Also, I think you have a better view if you are in the second tier as opposed to down front so those who line up super early really may not get the best seats.
