Hi everyone.
The options for Dining Plan have changed since we were last at WDW. I think there are three now, right? Deluxe, standard, and CS.
Question: If you were to get CS, can you use two CS options to get a table service option? Is that not cost effective? Just wondering.
Thanks.
Figment!

Short answer, no.
The credit "conversion" polices that have been offered through limited time promotions or granted by Guest Services on a case by case basis are always downward conversions (ie Table Service to Counter Service).

Really? I seem to remember in the past that you could use two table service credits to go to the HDDR or other higher-priced dining option. Is that not the case any more? That would be a shame because I thought we might use that option next time. But I understand that you can't do the CS up.
Thanks.

There are some dining locations, either "Signature" dining or Dinner shows that you need to use 2-TS credits for.
This is always available, as it isn't considered a "trade" or anything, just a 2-TS location.
