Open the windows at CBR?

I searched the forums but could not find an answer to my question. At CBR can the windows in the rooms be opened or are they all sealed?

Welcome to Intercot. As I remember (it's been a while since we stayed at CBR) the windows do not open.

REALLY? Is it like that at the other Moderates as well? I've stayed at POR and can't recall - but for some reason KNOWING that makes me feel really claustrophobic!

Many hotels do not have windows that can be opened for security reasons, although rooms with balconies usually have sliding doors with screens. If for some emergency reason you needed to get out and the door couldn't be opened (highly unlikely), you could break the window with a piece of furniture.
