Hi guys... Does anyone know if there are limos (or similar) available for rent (with driver) for an evening of resort hopping? We will have a party of 8, and it would be nice to surprise our friends with this. Then everyone who wants to enjoy adult beverages can... and no one has to drive! ;) Any info appreciated!!

You might give Quicksilver a call and see if they do it. They are an intercot sponsor.

Quicksilver will probably be very accommodating. I've used the service for airport transport and they were wonderful- much better than taking a cab, and for the same price. For an evening of resort-hopping, it could get pricey but probably not bad if you're splitting the cost between couples, or if you're just willing to pay for the convenience and style.

. . . Then everyone who wants to enjoy adult beverages can . . .

1) Only if you bring your own booze.
2) Limos/taxis in Florida cannot supply alcohol.
3) But, they can supply non-alcoholic beverages and mixers.
4) You would have to find a way to deposit the alcohol into the limo yourself.
. . . you cannot take alcohol into the parks, so a locker won't work
. . . you could always buy wine from the park (not in MK) and carry it out
. . . you could have the limo at the resort and carry your bottles from your room
. . . you could have the limo pick you up and run to a liquor store with you
5) You cannot even drop it off at the limo office and have them place it.

But you could drink at you want at resort bars & restaurants, and not need a designated driver to get from one resort to another.

I think your asking about RESORT HOPPING, not PARK HOPPING so the previous suggestions of Quicksilver should be what you need or you could just START at the Poly,:marg: then catch the monorail to GF :beer:and then on to Top Of The World at California Grill :marg:without having to leave the view of the of the Magic Kingdom! :fworks:

Or.... if you have park hoppers and started early enough you could:

Start at Wilderness Lodge
Boat to Contemporary
Monorail to Grand Floridian
Monorail to Polynesian
walk to the TTC and take the monorail to Epcot
walk up to the Beach Club, Yacht Club, and Boardwalk
walk over to DHS
Bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge!

(But your limo idea sounds much more relaxing!)

But you wouldn't need park hopper tickets to do this as listed since you're not entering any of the parks....

I'd strongly recommend against drinking alot and then using Disney transportation. Some people get quite loud, boisterous, or obnoxious when intoxicated and may end up getting kicked off the bus or monorail or, at the very worst, Disney property. Of course, some get very sleepy (yours truly ) and could wind up falling asleep on said bus or monorail.

You would infact need an Epcot ticket since that plan has you entering @ the front gate & exiting thru the International Gateway
