question about using table service credit for counter?

hi,

a couple of trips ago during free dining you could use a table service credit for a counter service meal and disney gave you 2 extra snack credits.
can you still do this this september during free dining?

we really enjoy the counter service meals and being able to dine outdoors and the extra snack credits are a great bonus!:mickey:

Although this has been a typical promotion offered during the past "Free Dining" periods, it has not been announced in advance if the same promotion will be offered during the upcoming period.

It will likely not be known until the period has begun if the same or similar promotion will be offered again.
