Hey everyone. I just replied to a thread in Theme Parks about what we miss from our past trips so now I'm thinking about this. Does anyone else miss the Kit Carson salad from Pecos Bill's? I used to look forward to this yummy salad with it's delicious lime vinaigrette dressing...now? they've eliminated it from the menu and they just offer a "standard" type salad with Ken's dressing. I don't mean to complain but...I guess I am. I loved the Kit Carson salad. BTW...if there's a recipe site that any of you know of that may have the recipe for this dressing, please let me know. I really do miss it...a lot.
