It all depends on your touring style. I would prefer to choose one dinner show and drop one in favor of a Signature restaurant meal. My style is more fine dining, less family-friendly experiences when I'm at WDW alone with my spouse. But to each her/his own. Have a great time!

No, I definitely think you need to think it through some more. And if you are like me, you will anyway, no matter what anyone else says. . . . :D

I think your plan looks wonderful. A few late nights you might be a bit too tired for but yuo have space to adjust with a nap or late night change if you do feel tired. I hope you post a trip report as I would love to hear how it all went and any problems you did run into. Have a wonderful time enjoy the magic that comes your way! Aunt Kari
