Phoning between resorts

We are staying at POP and our friends are staying at POR. Can we call between rooms free of charge or does it cost anything?

also is boatwrights still open for breakfast, we heard that they are closed for breakfast?

Not sure on that one you may have to call the resort and ask. I would say that guest services (front desk) may be able to connect you with the opposite resort and they could connect you from there? Tough one.

I'm pretty sure thats considered a local call. Last I saw, they were $.75 each, but I haven't looked in a long time.

You may have luck calling the operator and transferring, but I don't know. I've got to imagine Disney makes a ton of money off these types of things and would discourage any way around guests having to pay that charge.

It would probably be cheaper to use your cell phones.
