just got back

we just got back last night from a week at disney and a week at st. petersberg beach. talk about crowds, whew, it was crazy, without fast passes we couldn't have gone on anything almost. we also went to liberty tree tavern, had ressies at 4:30, asked could we get them later and they said no, so we did, hardly anyone was in there, the food was good and when the bill came, we all about had a heart attack, i guess i assumed that since the characters were not there it would be a normal price and we never asked, "how much". the bill for 3 kids and 4 adults(one of these adults was 14) was 250 some dollars. and the 4 year old boy ate crackers his mom brought. i would never even pay $34.00 for a meal much less $17.00 for 2 four year olds and an 11 year old. no where was the price, just what was on the menu. you live and learn. it rained everyday, was humid, hot and crowded. the beach was wonderful and also the new ride at MGM, toy story, went twice with fast pass. adorable and fun. never again at that time of year. and we love disneyworld. :ack:

we were at disney may 24 thru the 31, and then on to st. pete were it only sprinkled on our last day, yesterday.
