From what I understand, people on this site know about this. I just wished to let some that are new to Disney and playing by the rules, that some are not.

I tire of this already.
What I do know is that someone dropped the ball somewhere and let people make ressies before their 90.

Could you clarify please?

This could be interpreted that we at INTERCOT are breaking some sort of rule, or keeping some kind of secret, which I can assure everyone is not the case. I have no idea what you are talking about.

I am no sure what you wish me to say. There are people on this website that got ressies before everyone else due to this mistake. and then in true Disney spirit clammed up about it and you are mad at me?
I have most certainly not accused you of doing anything wrong.
Do you wish, I will forward to you all of my emails from my TA about this matter

I got all of the reservations I asked for and at the 90 + 10 rule mark, and this is within Disney's rules so I don't see what the problem is. Can you elaborate further?

now if this wasnt the most confusing chain of events. LOL

Am i the only person reading this saying, "Wow, what is it they are trying to say?".

Is it possible that since this makes no sense that your travel agent is feeding you false information?

Maxrebo77, using the 90 +10 option is not breaking any rules. It is available to anyone who stays at WDW owned hotel. That information is available here and on numerous other websites. If you use a travel agent who is experienced with WDW, they should informed their clients of this benefit. I do not purchase WDW planning books, but I have to believe if those books are recent editions (within the last 3 years) they should mention the 90 + 10 rule.

Thank you Christine! :)

And to the OP, I wasn't mad at you or anyone. Just trying to get clarification as to what you felt was wrong and who was doing it. You weren't being clear.

Stitch may have a glitch, but it sounds like there really isn't a glitch in the ADR system.

I was trying to figure out what was going on in the beginning.:shrug:

Well my recent experience with making my ADR's and not having used the 90 +10 I called at the 100 day mark. After being on hold for about 28 min I got to talk to a CM. As excited as I was thinking I was going to get my ADR's make, I got shot down quickly.

They explained that I needed to call back in 10 days.

When I played by the rules it worked great.
90 days out make your ADR's for up to 10 days dining.:joy:

This is the first I've heard of this, and we've been to Disney multiple times.

So can someone assure me what I am hearing is true? Counting backwards from our arrival day, on day 90 I can make ressies for the entire rest of my week?

Maybe that is why I couldn't get my favorites last year!

If you are staying at a Disney owned/operated resort (or a select few with agreements w/WDW) you may make your ADRs at 90 days prior to your arrival for a total of 10 days from your arrival date.

There is some confusion, on my part at least, if that 10 days includes your arrival date (10 days total) or if you can make ADRs for your arrival date PLUS the next 10 days (11 total.)

If you are NOT staying at a Disney owned/operated resort (or one of the select few mentioned above) you can make ADRs at 90 days from each date of your stay. Example: We are staying at Pop Century September 15th - 23rd, so on June 17th we can make ADRs for our entire 9 days. If we were staying off site, we would have to call every day from June 17th for September 15th; June 18th for September 16th; June 19th for September 17th; etc. to make ADRs for each day.

Prior to this year, the rule was 180 +10.

Nope, nothing new. You were able to do this when ADRs were 180 days out as well. Never been a secret, it's not cheating the system, and it's talked about frequently.

I found out that people have been able to make dining ressies before 90 days, and as I SAID this is not about the plus 10 rule. I emailed my TA who said this wasn't possible. Another email comes and says I'm right.
Again I am sorry if I confused anyone, But if you are waiting for 90 days out, I would call right now just to check

From my understanding the WDW dining system does not even display the schedules for the cast members at dining services until the 90 day mark. So therefore it is not possible to "cheat the system" not that anyone here would do so.

We tried making our ADR'S today because we are at our 100 day mark.... 90 + 10.... not realizing as mentioned in above posts that it is 90 then days after check in.. The CM was very nice and gave us a date to call back.

As several of us has said and confirmed by Disney cast members, You cannot cheat the system, even if you had a cast member try to do it for you, the system won't let you.

I am surprised that the starter of this thread had 230 posts and didn't know about the 90+10? It is constantly being brought up. He probably had the same problem most of us have in getting our favorite restaurants at the times we want.:drama:

Like others here, I've called prior to the 90 day mark (it was at 91 days), only to be told to call back the next day. This happened only a week and a half ago.

No one on this site has bilked the system nor are they able to do so due to the way the ADR system is set up. Friends who are travelling with us were unable to book ADRs for their entire 14 day stay: only the 90 + 10.

Having said that, I am going to close this thread as the discussion neither enlightens or is it productive.
