Hi there wonder if you can give me some advice.
I have booked up through Walt Disney Travel Co UK to stay at above hotel for 14 nights this coming september. I got in touch with them to upgrade room to have balcony, view etc and was told to contact hotel direct. I have contacted the hotel and asked for prices for the above and I have received email back saying that they have noted my requests and if available on day no problem.
I was not after free upgrades etc I wanted to pay for them so should I chase her up for prices for above or should I wait till I get to resort. I would not like them to think I am being pushy.:mickey:
