They're really completely different experiences.

Bistro has more traditional French cuisine, emphasis on sauces and presentations, elegance. It's quiet, formal in atmosphere, and there's no children's menu.

Chefs is lively, bright, and casual, emphasis on French cafe food presented in a more basic serving style, and very welcoming to children.

If you want a more intimate fine dining experience, go to Bistro. If you want a good casual meal, go to Chefs. Chefs takes the dining plan (1 ts). Bistro doesn't accept the dining plan.

Bistro is amazing...we did the tasting menu with the wine pairings last time we ate there. It was about $100 each, but so worth it!
