Liberty Tree Tavern and MNSSHP

I thought I read somewhere that Liberty Tree Tavern does some kind of special meal for MNSSHP. I can't seem to find that information again. Is that true? And if so, is it worth it. Thanks! ;)

Unless it's changed since last year (we went the night of Halloween) the menu was the same, very tasty though!

1) The meal was the same.
2) The characters were dressed in Halloween costumes.
3) Of course, there are no more characters.
