Which floor is it that has the "closed-railed" balconies at WL? I want to ask for availability of a certain floor/area when I check-in but last time I got the closed-rail and hated it....I thought it was the 7th floor??? :mickey:

We were on the sixth floor and had a closed balcony.

Were you on Club level? I believe all club level balconies are closed in - it was the one thing I did not like about staying Club level!

We stayed on the 6th floor as well, and had a closed balcony. We actually enjoyed it:thumbsup:

I was looking at pics on another site (trying to decide where to stay for a future visit). The pics are from a room on the 7th floor and yes, it is a closed balcony.
