We got POP!

Some of you guys might remember that around the end of April, I posted that I was pretty bummed that POP had been already sold out for our September dates. Well, I was goofing around this morning on the WDW website and noticed that POP was showing some availability for our dates. I was thrilled. I emailed MJ and they were able to switch our room reservation from ASMusic to POP! As usual, the guys at MJ were so nice and they respond so quickly! I was pretty psyched- I didn't really expect to see anything open up until around the 45 day mark, if ever.

Just a hopeful note of FYI to all of you who may not have gotten your first choice of resorts- keep trying!

That may mean that bookings - for Value Resorts, at least - are up due to the 'free' DDP offering so they had to open up more availability.

I love Pop!!! My fiance and I will be there in September for 5 days. I can't wait!

We arrive 2 weeks from today and will stay 5 days at SSR. We want to extend our trip an extra 3 days and I've been checking the Disney web site for weeks. No vacancies were available online for FQ, where we stayed last time and absolutely LOVE!

I called Disney directly, and not only did we get a room at FQ, but we got a water view, just like our last trip!

So I would suggest that if you haven't been able to get the resort of your choice, try calling Disney, and you might be pleasantly surprised.
