Need Help!!!!!!!

i have been trying to prepay for a photopass cd, i have called disney twice now and they tell me, the only way i can pre-order is if disney sends me a postcard or e-mail offer. but, on the photopass site they say you can pre-order, the disney lady said that must be a blog that they do not have a site. i am so confused. i have forgotten my password from the last time i used it, 2 years ago they have not sent it to me by e-mail and i cannot set up a new account because they say somebody already has that e-mail address. Dud, it's me people. five days left until we leave and i am about to jump out of my skin with excitement. thank you all for all the great info on this site.:cloud9:

There is a place to retrieve your lost password when you try to log in.. just enter your email address. If you need a new email address go to www.mousehut.com and apply for a free mail account. :)

I had a hard time pre paying for the CD this year. I received an e-mail from WDW saying my vacation was almost here and there was a link I clicked on to get to the site. At that point I was allowed to prepay for the CD. It was really confusing because in previous years I didn't have to wait for them to send me an e-mail
