Could just be the Disney system today. I had no problem when I did it 3 weeks ago. Are you booked through Magical Journeys? If so, you need to use their link to it.

We had problems when we went last month. We called Disney about it, they said there are still some bugs in the system. Last month we were told that if we were one of the unlucky ones, all we could do is do normal check-in at the resort.

I have not been able to log in since the beginning of the year. I end up calling and informing the call center every single time that I cannot make a reservation. I love seeing tink fly but not when I am waiting for my hotel page to open up.:jack::jack:

We are 18 days out, but I'm not seeing the advantage of early check in. Sitll have to get keys, room assignment, info, charge privledges....
