Is The Boneyard open during AK PM EMH?

I've seen it listed both ways on different web resources; some say The Boneyard is open during PM EMH at AK, whereas some say it isn't. I'm hoping that some people who have been to the PM EMH recently could say whether or not it has been open during the PM EMH.

Yes, The Boneyard is open during PM EMH (per my own experience and a park guide from the first week of May).
