Like everybody else, I have room requests that I attach to my reservations. The last two trips to WDW, my wife and I did not get what we asked for, but we got exactly what we wanted on our most recent trip from May 5-11.
We were given a first-floor studio with a river view in Building 45 at Old Key West and my wife couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed the view and watching all the boats go by. When we checked in, we were told our room was in Building 45. We had to wait a couple of hours before it became available and my wife was like a kid on Christmas Day. When we got to the room, she rushed in, opened the balcony door and let out a squeal of delight. It set a great tone for the vacation and we had a great, great week.
