How to Report a Post?

I'm not sure how to report a post but there is a new user Bitahyday that is posting presciption drug links on the boards. I'm sure one of the great mods will be here shortly to correct the situation, but how does one report an offensive or bad post?

At the top of each post, there is a triangle with an exclamation point in it - click on that, and then fill out the reason for reporting it.

It looks like we are being attacked....do we need to report all the posts...?
