Early Morning ADR

Just out of curiosity:
Let's say the MK opens at 9am one morning, and there are AM EMH (starting at 8am).
Would a non-resort guest be able to make ADR at Crystal Palace at 8am?

I have always stayed on grounds but I couldn't see why not. I know if we ever needed to enter the parks before openning for ADR's all you need is your ADR# at the enterance gate and also as you enter the parking lot. There is normally a seperate turnsile for you to enter through.

Forgot to add you will have to use park admission for that day.

We have ADR for 8:15 at Crystal Palace for our June trip. Like they do every time, I was asked if I was staying at a Disney resort when I called to make the ADR and of course I said no. The CM didn't mention that there would be any problem with us have an ADR for that time when the park doesn't open until 9 a.m.
