Online check in

Have tried to do online check in for our trip-We arrive Mon. It tells me my reservation # not valid. We booked thru Magical Journeys. Are we not allowed to do the online due to not booking directly thru Disney? Maybe I'm using the wrong # on my reservation info? Can anyone help me?:confused:

Are you using this link, http://www.mydisneyreservation.com/guest? I believe this is the one you have to go through if you booked with a travel agent.

I tried that link too, as it's the one that is enclosed in the Disney package. Mine wouldn't work either and I booked through a travel agency. Oh well, guess I'll have to do it the old fashion way ;)

They seem to have periodic issues with the system. I'd keep trying and if all else fails, you'll just have to use regular check-in upon arrival.
