Room request

We will be in Disney in 10 days!! We are staying at the Caribbean beach and would like to request a certain building. Do we just wait till we get there? Or is there a certain phone number to call ahead of time? Thanks:mickey:

You should call the phone number for reservations and have it added. If you booked through a travel agent, they'll need to add the request for you.

There's no guarantee, but arriving early helps.

Following up with a fax or calling the resort is fine, but the one place where it's guaranteed to at least be seen by the room assigning department is on your original reservation.

Faxes are not always reviewed and Disney utilizes a call answering service, so even though you may be direct dialling the resort, your phone call could be answered by someone in Utah. Keep in mind too that the resort doesn't even see your reservation until 3 or 4 days prior to arrival, so you can't followup with them until that time.
