No, there is not a body of water connecting the resort and the Magic Kingdom park.

The only way to include the boats from the Swan in your commute to Magic Kingdom is to ride the boat to the International gateway of Epcot. Walk thru EPCOT to the Monorail station. Ride the Monorail to the TTC. Change to the resort or express monorail and final arrive at MK. This can be done if you have a park hopper or AP and the desire and willingness to take this roundabout junket.
