Car seats & taxi service

My neighbor needs a question answered.

She and her husband will be traveling with three children ages 1,3, & 6. Should she bring her own car seats for taxi service? Or do the taxi's come equipped with car seats?

I'm not sure any taxi would have the appropriate level of seating for all the children even if they did have a car seat.

If your friend brings her own, what does she do with them at the end of the taxi ride as I'm guessing she might be using taxi service to get to various destinations in Disney World.
