At the MK, I like the Dole Whip. At the AK, my DH and I split egg rolls (two per order) and chicken fried rice from the Yak and Yeti, a great deal for one snack credit each. At Epcot, I love the strawberry preserves crepe in France.

I had my first Dole Whip on my last trip.
It is, by far, my favorite snack.

I love the Dole Whip Floats. I also love the chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches from the Bakery and all of the make-your-own things at Goofy's. In Epcot I really like the rice pudding like dessert with strawberries from Norway.

Turkey leg for 3 reasons. They are big enough to share with son and hubby, they have lots of protein after all that walking, and, they are yummy! Plus, there's the whole novelty of walking around with a big turkey leg!

Ok searched the internet and I think I answered my own question about the calories.
So in case anyone else is interested.

1/2 cup has approx 90 calories, 2.5 grams of fat. 17 grams of carb, 13 grams of sugar.

The only question I still have is how many servings is in a Dole Whip when ordered at Disney?

Sorry if I am being a Debbie downer-I just lost almost 40 pounds and am leaving for our vacation in 30 days-I just want to be prepared so that I can make the best choices for myself and still have an enjoyable time

about the dole whip calories... just order a small, and i am not kidding here, bring a half cup measuring cup in your bag and measure out your half cup, then give whatever is left over away. i have done this! it is worth it! plus you dont get that icky sugar crash from eating the entire serving that they give you ( which if you ask me, is more like 2 or 3 servings)

A Dole Whip float will have more calories because a) it's pretty large and b) has the addition of pineapple juice. I would go with a small Dole Whip and you don't have to eat it all. I just got back from WDW, ate a ton of stuff, and didn't gain anything. We were pretty active. It helps.

Morebrocolli-funny you mention the measuring cups! I was just telling a friend that I was going to bring a set of measuring cups in my bag and portion my food, especially at the buffets. I want to be able to enjoy everything and sometimes at buffets my eyes are bigger than my stomach.
So if anyone sees some goofy lady measuring out her food with measuring cups it's me :secret:
