Taxi Costs?

Hi all

Just trying to get a general idea of what taxis charge to get around the world. We're going to need a taxi from the BW to POR specifically and possibly a trip from POR to AK..

anyone know? even a ballpark more or less then 20$ would help with my planning :thumbsup:
