hi, we historically do disney in september mainly due to lower crowds and free dining.

we are considering doing march or april one year for a change. are there any times in march/april where crowds would be similar to september?(although september seems pretty busy sometimes)
would weather be pretty good for waterparks and beaches also in spring? pretty humid in september but it is super for water parks!:mickey:

actually even february would be ok as long as it is still warm enough for the water parks and beaches then also!

The timeframe between President's Day and Easter is all considered Spring Break time. Some weeks are busier than others, but it is difficult to predict which weeks will be light and which will not. Weather can also be variable during this time and you can go from swimming weather to coat weather in a matter of hours - this lessens as you get later in your timeframe.

And, even though Spring Break time ends just after Easter per Disney, some of the schools in the North East still have their spring breaks toward the end of April.

Overall though, to fit your criteria, I would think your best bet would be toward the end of April.
