Is there any place to sign on without a laptop at the resorts or parks?

I called the reservation line a couple of weeks ago and found out the following about the computers/internet access:

hours 7-5 pm

$6 plus tax for 10 min
$7 plus tax for 15 min
$9 plus tax for 20 min
$20 plus tax for 1 hr

Contemporary Resort-6 computers
Yacht & Beach-4 computers (open til 7 pm)
BoardWalk Conference Center -2 computers
Grand Floridian Convention Center-5 computers
Coronado Springs-4 computers
