Caribbean Beach room request

We are staying at Caribbean beach from May 9-16. We did NOT pay for a perferred room. We will be traveling with our 22 month old son and do not want to have to walk to far to get to the food court. Which buliding could we request to be closest to the food court? Or are the only close rooms perferred rooms? Thanks!:mickey:

The closest you can get is Martinque, and I believe, not too sure, that they charge $15.00 per night extra. We stayed way out in (East Overshoe) and we walked, and we walked, and walked some more, just in the resort.:tiptoe:

I've heard that Aruba and Jamaica are fairly close - only a few minutes walk across the bridge to OPR.

I'm really jealous - I can't wait to stay at CBR.

You say you don't want to pay for a preferred location room. The closest "standard" buildings are (in no particular order) Aruba 51, Jamaica 45 and Martinique 23.

You are better off requesting that your room be close to one of the bus stops. There are bus stops for each island. If you aren't paying for the rooms adjacent to Port Royal (food), you are better off near a bus stop. There is an internal shuttle bus that will take you to Port Royal.
CBR is our favorite!
