The Mentalist - does it improve?

One of the channels in the UK has just started to run "The Mentalist". Having watched the fisrt two episodes does it improve or should I just quit now?

We weren't too much into the first couple of shows but now we really like it. Plus, Simon Baker isn't too hard on the eyes...

I love Simon Baker but I'm not completely won over to this show yet. OK, the more I think about it I find myself reading while my husband is watching. He really likes it, so I guess I'll get a lot more reading done.:D

BTW Simon Baker doesn't appeal to me as I'm a bloke and DW hasn't seen the show yet :D

I love the show, but could take or leave Simon Baker.

I absolutely love the show! Some of the stuff he comes out with is just so out there that it's entertaining... I guess it probably boils down to personality in the end though... my dad thinks its stupid... (then again, could be like you said earlier and I'm just appeased by the fact that Simon Baker is nice to look at haha)
