Vegetarian at WDW?

Where are the best places for a (lacto-ovo) vegetarian? Also, how do meat-centric restaurants like Ohana's and Liberty tree tavern accommodate vegetarians?

My partner and I have exactly the same problem. It's tricky in WDW. My favourite place to eat is actually not a sit-down restaurant as such but Rosie's, on Sunset boulevard in Hollywood studios, the BEST vegie-burger in the world. Also try typing 'Vegetarian Disney' into google, there's a few good guides online and even a book! (the book was printed in 2003 though, so not necassarily up to date). Hope that helps.
