Question about B'day gift card

We will be at DHS as we celebrate my son's b'day. Which shops will he be able to redeem his gift card at?

Any.

Disney-owned and operated shops at the WDW Resort, including inside the parks and at the resorts.

That excludes most shops at DTD that sell non-Disney-specific merchandise, several of the shops in the countries at Epcot WS, and a few specialty shops in the parks, like the jewelry stores that are operated by Arribas Bros.

Also, the card cannot be used at food locations, but it can be used to purchase pre-packaged snacks sold at merchandise locations (candy bars, ice cream, soda, etc.)
