Quick ADR question

I know the line opens at 7am EST, but should I call at 6:55 to get through the automated spiel by 7?

I don't think you can even start the automated spiel until 7. Until then it just gives the hours. It's been awhile since I've done it though so maybe its changed. Good luck! :mickey:

Exactly! Until 7am, you just get the "thank you for calling" message. At 7am, the prompts start and you can start to get through.

I usually start calling at 6:58am or so, just to be sure I'm in the system right at 7am!:thumbsup:
