I have read some posts recently that have scared me in regards to the crowd level at this time of year. Does anyone know what the level is usually like or if it is heavier this year than most?

Most of the days are rated a 7 out of 10 for crowd levels on another site. That has increased since the last time I looked at it a few months ago. We'll be there, too!

Last year we went April 18-25. There were people there - we did have to wait to ride most rides - 20 minutes for Aladdin & Jungle Cruise - 60 minutes for Snow White & Peter Pan, 90+ minutes for Soarin - use fast passes and take advantage of EMH is my advice. I think it was just as crowded when we went back in August but the heat made it 100 times worse - on our April trip the weather was perfect.

It could be more crowded than people imagine. A lot of Northeastern school systems have break then, not during Easter week. But I think it should be manageable and not up to Easter week crowds. We're going to be there from April 19-24.

Bummer, they did increase the crowd levels...oh well we will still be in Disney!

We're down on the 17-26 and I've never been when it's really crowded. It shows it being a 9 for our first 3 days, should be exciting.

I just came home last night from Disneyworld and the crowds were crazy! Magic Kingdom was the worst of the 4 parks. We experienced 60-80 minute waits on the popular rides. Toy Story ride broke down the other day and created a 90 minute wait!! Thank goodness we had our fast passes when it reopened!! :mickey:

There are a lot of Senior trips going on at this time. My daughter is in WDW April 23 - 27. This is why we postponed our yearly trip to the first week of May this year. Many years we have come in on the tail end of the Senior trips and the park was bearable but busy and long waits for some rides (Soarin', Test Track, Space Mountian, etc.)
