I have a question- am I allowed to trade in 2 cs credits for a ts credit? I was looking for it but didn't see that I could. Just wondered if any of you folks knew if I could?

Nope.

Some Guests have reported success trading credits down on a one to one basis (ex. 1 Table Service into 1 Counter Service), but that the only "trading" conducted outside of special, limited offers.
