Wandering the Savannah after breakfast

We have a breakfast scheduled at Boma for our upcoming trip in April. I know there is a Savannah at AKL. Is it possible to wander around the AKL grounds after breakfast and see any animals?

You can walk around the resort and go to the many viewing areas and animal watch but you don't actually get to go on the savannah. That is all fenced off. It is alot of fun and you could spend alot of time just wandering around this resort. The gift shop is also one of the best there is. I would allow plenty of time for exploring this resort.

Yes it is possible.....you walk out the door and then focus your eyes on the animals....:thumbsup:

Absolutely. Not only can you do this, but it's a great idea! If you go out the doors by the Boma entrance, there is a nice viewing area on the other side of the pool. You can also go up to the main lobby and out the back of the resort to their main animal viewing area. If in doubt, just ask one of the cast members at the resort - they are always very helpful. Enjoy your morning.
