Any one have the recipe for the white bean hummus from Boma? I have searched the internet for it and cannot find it. I found one that claimed to be a recipe for it...but it called for garbanzo beans (not white beans) also the one at Boma had a redish/rust color and the recipe had nothing in it to make that color. TIA

This is the one that I found online. The rust color may come from the roasted garlic (slightly brown) and the tahini (slightly yellow) but I am not sure.

Hummus
Boma at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Ingredients
32 ounces Chickpeas, canned, drained, and rinsed
5 T. Tahini, mix well
2 T.Garlic, roasted
1 t. Garlic, fresh
10 lemons, juiced
Salt and Pepper

Method of Preparation
1. Place chickpeas in robot coupe. Puree.

2. Add tahini, both garlics, and half the lemon juice. Mix.

3. Adjust lemon juice and finish with salt and pepper.

I'm assuming a robot coupe is a food processor.
