Am I safe (with crowds) the week AFTER Easter?

I know this has been asked before, but we are planning a trip for early May 2011 (yes - I know - it's 2 years away but I have to have my Disney fix so I'll start planning NOW). Easter is April 24th that year, so my thought was coming in on Sunday, May 1st. Do you think the crowds will be diminished by then? I know the week before and after Easter can be rough, but thought with it being late, and maybe all the Spring Breaker's being gone, that it would be good???? Anyone have any thoughts on this? I think you'll be fine with that week even with Easter that late in April. Early May is typically a good time to go.
