INTERCOT.com has put together our Bracketology Challenge again this year for the folks who visit the site and keep it going all year long.
What's at stake? The three best bracketologists will receive a INTERCOT.com t-shirt! (Hey, we know it's not much but cut us a break, Free Stuff is Free Stuff!)
You can sign up for the challenge by following the instructions below.
Should you finish in the top 3 spots, you will need to private message john (me) to claim your prize. One entry per person please. If possible, use your INTERCOT User Name on your entry.
The brackets are hosted on ESPN.com's Tournament Challenge.

Is this the same one as last year? And if so, does that mean I already have an account? How do I recall my name and password? Or would it just be easier to create a new account?
We used ESPN last year so yes - you should be able to use your same account. As far as user name or password recovery, you'll have to check there.

I had to do some digging to find my account as well. I couldn't recall my username, but I found a place to enter my email and password, and that brought it up.

I'm in too. Ready to see how things unfold and who the "Cinderella team" is this year. This is one of the things missing from college football. There is no possible way of a "Cinderella team" since they use the BCS. Takes away from the sport if you ask me.

We also just lost our last perfect bracket in our group in the second group of games today :(
Pittsburgh definitely was scaring me for most of their game today. That was a little too close for comfort, especially for my National Championship pick...
America - I give you Chris Wright. Go back and watch his 4-5 dunks from today. If the same team that beat WVU today shows up against Kansas, anything is possible.

Woo hoo! Made it through the 1st round with just a few wrong picks. And only one of the wrong picks affects my second round choices. And to top it all off, for now I'm in 1st place. My bracket is doing so much better this year than last year when it fell apart in the 1st round.
How the heck does Wake Forest lose to Cleveland State, for heaven's sake! What a loser squad that is ... I had Wake going to the Sweet Sixteen. :thedolls:

Well, I can at least claim first place after the first weekend is complete. I'd rather claim first place after the whole thing is complete, but I'm not counting on that, so I'll just celebrate the small victories and feel superior in my basketball knowledge (though I should have known better than to not pick Dayton) for the next 5 minutes. I'm sure next weekend will bring me back to reality. :D

woohoo...after much time on the second and third page of the rankings my villanova/NC picks came through and put me tied for 30th...not much to brag about I know, but 65 place rise in the ranking is surely worth a minor celebration.:cloud9:
