We'll be going here in May and I'm a little confused. Is this a buffet? Or is it a regular order from the menu kind of restaurant? Or is it a little of both? Thanks!

It's a little bit of both. You begin with a "Taste of Norway" buffet that has salads, cold meats and such. Then you order your main dish from a menu. For dessert, they bring a sampler to your table. My kids love it here.

We went there for Breakfast. The muffins fruit & pastries were from a buffet but the actual meal was brought to our table family style. No ordering involved.
