Mardi Gras at Disney?

I just realized that today starts Mardi Gras. Does Disney do anything for Mardi Gras, any different costumes for the characters? I know Universal has their own celebration but we have not intrest in going over there. Thanks for all the help. :mickey:

A while back (I'm thinking 1998) they had a Mardi Gras parade in World Showcase. I don't think they do anything special anymore.

Mardi Gras has been going on here in Mobile for over two weeks, and Fat Tuesday brings Mardi Gras to an end. Having been the last couple of years during this time to escape Mardi Gras, I do not recall anything really different. Maybe we just missed it, but I really do not remember anything as far as a Mardi Gras theme anywhere we went. Hope you are having a wonderful trip:thumbsup:
