Our beautiful kitty Valentino passed this week. He was an American short hair grey. We had him for nine years exactly. His favorite thing to do in summer was to chase butterfly's in the yard. At four a.m. he was our kitty alarm clock. Then he would play with the telephone cord to make sure we were really up and at em. He loved to look at the birds in the apple tree and try to figure out how to get them. He was even a fine mouser. We dearly miss Valentino, the house is quiet with out him. He was very sweet. We will always have our memories of him.:cloud9:

I am so sorry for your loss. I love my kitties just like they are my kids. They mean so much. I send you lots of hugs and love. Its hard to get over but keep your happy memories.
When I lost my dear Doolin a few years ago I had a tough time of it, but after a month a spent some time volunteering at the local Humane Association and seeing all the happy kitties helped.

I am so very sorry. My 2 kitties are my "furry kids" as well. As they get up in age, I just dread the thought of them passing. Hang in there!

I'm so sorry about Valentino. I still miss my sweet Bassett, Bentley, and he's been gone since Nov. of 2007. My Chow, Cody will be seven soon. They grow up sooooooooo fast, but we wouldn't trade a moment with them, no matter how hard their passing is for us.:cat::paw::dog:
