We just got back from our second Disney Cruise, and we have to say with one exception the cast members were overly pleasant. Last year, some wouldn't even make eye contact. This trip, we had our servers as well as the person tending to our room ask several times if there was anything better they could do for us! And, cast members we would bump into on the boat were overly pleasant and curtious.

The exception - a certain cast member loading the buses after the cruise to go to the airport. She reminded us of Roz from Monster's Inc. Not happy at all and verbally critical of why our party of 10 wanted to ride to the airport together. She had an almost full bus and wanted us to break up. As they say, all good things (the cruise) come to and end some how!!

We were on the same cruise, and yes, the crew members we encountered were great! Every one bent over backwards to make this a great trip for us. I can truthfully say that we had zero negative experiences this time.

It may be sheer coincidence, but the Cruise Director, Brent Davies, was also the CD on our first DCL cruise, and we had nothing but great experiences that time, too. Can't say the same for the one cruise in between; many negatives that time.

We didn't use DCL transportation, so we didn't encounter "Roz"; was she a DCL crew member or a Mears employee?

She was with a group of 3 that were in charge of loading the Disney Cruise Line buses to the airport - so I assume she was not Mears. Other passengers on the bus said it was because she didn't receive tips. Either way, what a memorable Roz moment!!
